Grilled Cedar Wrapped Wild Alaska Salmon

- 2 portions of Ocean Beauty Brand Cedar Wrapped Wild Alaska Salmon
For Kabobs:
- Quartered zucchini
- Cremini mushrooms
- Red onion
- Bell Pepper
- Salt & Pepper
- Olive Oil
Grilled Cedar Wrapped Wild Alaska Salmon
Our Cedar Wrapped Wild Salmon is a delicious and convenient entrée for any time of the year. We've carefully marinated wild salmon fillets and wrapped them in fragrant cedar wood paper to ensure that these ready-to-grill fillets are the freshest they can be. Enjoy moist and savory salmon that is elevated with smoke flavor in minutes!
Directions:
1) Using either a charcoal or gas grill, preheat to 400F.
2) While frozen, remove cedar wrapped salmon from all packaging, leaving intact the string holding the cedar paper to the portions.
3) Place a sheet of aluminum foil over one half of the grill, and turn off the heat on that side.
4) Cook the salmon over indirect heat for 35-40 minutes, until the internal temperature reaches 135-145F.
5) Cut the tie with scissors, and unwrap the salmon from the cedar paper.
6) Serve with your favorite side dishes, such as grilled vegetable kabobs and green salad, and enjoy!
