COOKING DIRECTIONS 

  • Pre-heat oven to 350°F degrees.
  • Remove frozen cedar wrapped salmon from plastic packaging. Place frozen salmon paper side down on lined baking sheet. Bake for 28-34 minutes, until internal temperature reaches 145°F degrees. 
  • Remove from oven and let rest on baking sheet for 3 minutes. 
  • Remove elastic band with scissors and discard. Carefully peel back cedar paper before enjoying.
