Crab Stuffed Calamari: Simply thaw Ocean Beauty Crab Cakes and stuff into cleaned squid tubes. Seal with a toothpick and set under broiler until the internal temperature reaches 160 degrees F.

Preparation Techniques

Stovetop Method: Ocean Beauty Crab Cakes can be prepared from a frozen state, however thawing is recommended. From thawed state, lightly dust crabcakes with breadcrumbs if desired. Heat 1/2 tblsp. vegetable oil in a saute pan over medium-high heat. Saute crab cakes until golden (approximately 1 1/2-2 minutes). Turn and continue until other side is golden and internal temperature reaches 160 degrees F.
