Recipes:
Salmon Ramen Soup
1 can (14-3/4 oz.) or 2 cans (7-1/2 oz. each) Alaska salmon
2 packages (6 oz) chicken flavor ramen
2 cups chicken broth
1 can (4 oz) sliced mushrooms
6 green onions, sliced
Drain salmon, reserving liquid; break into chunks. Prepare noodles according to
package directions.
Add salmon, reserved liquid and remaining ingredients. Heat thoroughly.
Makes 8 servings.
