Recipes: Hot Smoked Salmon Artichoke Dip

Baked golden brown with Echo Falls, Hot Smoked Traditional or King Salmon, served with sliced baguette or cracker for
a rich dippable appetizer

Ingredients:

Cream cheese - 4 ounces
Echo Falls Hot Smoked Traditional or King Salmon - 4 ounce
Onions, yellow dice fine - 2 tablespoons
Garlic, fresh chopped - ½ teaspoon
Artichokes, marinated, chopped - ¾ cup
Jalapeno, canned, chopped fine - ¾ tablespoon
Parmesan cheese, grated - ¼ cup
Lemon juice, fresh - 2 tablespoons
Salt - ¼ teaspoon
Pepper, black - ½ teaspoon
Egg - 1 each

Method:

  • Preheat oven to 350F

  • Soften cream cheese and mix in all ingredients, but ½ parmesan cheese, until incorporated and smooth.

  • Place in oil sprayed, bake able casserole dish.

  • Top with remaining cheese and bake for 45 minutes until golden.
  • Chef's Note: Serve with cracker, bread or toasted baguette.

    Yield: 4- 6 portions
