Employment Information - Naknek Facility

The plant employs approximately 360 people working at our shore-based cannery and frozen plant. We are proud to offer a clean, modern, and safe workplace which operates from June 15th through August 1st with optional transfer work until September 5th.

We have many positions available in many departments: Cannery, Fresh Frozen, Case Up, Warehouse, Galley (food Service), Shipping, Forklift Drivers, and more.

• No long contracts work is up to you; 6 weeks or 10 to 12 weeks.
• You will work 16 hour shifts, 7 days a week.
  It is not uncommon to get 100 hours in a week.
• Cool, wet working conditions in most areas.
• Employees in ALL positions MUST be able to stand for 16 hours.
• No experience necessary for processor positions, training provided.
• $7.15 per hour, $10.72 per hour for overtime.
  100 hours per week = $930.00 (per week)
• Ocean Beauty Seafoods provides round trip flights from Seattle or Portland, housing and all meals free of charge upon completion of contract.
• Weekly laundry service, rain gear, boots, gloves, safety equipment, etc. provided free of charge.

Must pass criminal background check.

We have zero tolerance in the use of alcohol or illegal drugs.
Random drug testing performed after employment is offered.
