Shipping/Billing Clerk - Two Shifts AvailableWe are a large and well-known Seafood Distribution Company located in Seattle just North of the downtown area. We are in need of Shipping/Billing Clerk’s to help coordinate the order process and delivery of our products. You will enter finished orders with correct quantities into our inventory/billing system. Many duties come along with this position such as monitoring progress of each order and report status upon request. Ensure shipping and receiving documentation is accurately completed, entered and filled. Communicate with production, leads and drivers on order status. Notify Production Manager of any situation that requires an immediate decision. Complete orders and invoice on a daily and/or nightly basis. Your desire to succeed and grow with a company that is expanding is needed. Our busy season will soon be upon us and will continue through September. Shift is Sunday through Thursday both days and nights. Extended hours will be required. This position requires a highly motivated, detail-orientated individual. Basic math skills and proficient ten-key required. Intermediate computer skills also needed in Net Yield, Excel, Word, and Outlook. Excellent communication skills needed to convey inventories to Production, Plant and Inventory Managers, Warehouse and Sales staff.
