Salmon Jalapeno Sausage

A Salmon Sausage made with large chunks of Wild Salmon and flavored with Jalapeno Peppers, Roasted Red Peppers, Garlic, Salt, and Ground Cumin and selected Chili powder. The mix is then stuffed into a casing. There are no preservatives or artificial ingredients used in the manufacturing of this product. Keep frozen or fresh up to one week.

Also ask your sales representative about our other flavors, such as the Smoked, Andouille, Chorizo, Thai or Italian. Sausages are available in natural or collagen casings.
