Recipes: Shrimp Melba with Caviar

30 slices Melba Toast
30 cooked medium Shrimp (shelled and deveined)
1/2 pint Sour Cream
14 oz. Rite Brand Black White Fish Caviar
Lemon wedges (to garnish)

Place one shrimp on each piece of melba toast. Spoon about 1/2 teaspoon of sour cream on
to the center of the shrimp. spoon about 1/2 teaspoon caviar on top of sour cream. Arrange
toast on a platter with lemon wedges for garnish.

Note: Allow 3 pieces per person
