Recipes: English Muffins with Smoked Salmon and Caviar

2 English Muffins
4 oz. Cream Cheese
4 oz. Rite Brand Smoked Salmon
4 oz. Rite Brand Black White Fish Caviar
Lemon and Parsley (garnish)

Toast english muffins. Spread each half lightly with cream cheese. Cover each half
with slices of smoked salmon. Spoon a generous amount of caviar on top of salmon.
Cut each muffin into quarters and serve with lemon and parsley garnish.

Great as an appetizer or an elegant breakfast.
