Recipes:
Salmon Salad 7 oz of Pink Beauty canned salmon,
skin removed
1 celery stalk, coarsely chopped
1 medium mushroom, finely chopped
2 oz cream cheese
1 tsp dill weed, freshly minced or dried
2 Tblsp mayonnaise
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
3 chopped oriental hot peppers (or, for less heat, one chopped jalapeno)
Juice of 1/4 lemon
Mix together with fork.
Eat as low carb salad (one meal) or serve with crackers, as appetizer)
