Recipes:
Linguini with Caviar Sauce
1/2 lb. Linguini
1 cup Sour Cream
1-1/2 cup Heavy Cream
3 tblsp. Lemon Juice
1/4 cup Butter
3 to 4 tblsp. of Rite Brand Black White Fish Caviar (4 oz.)
Parmesan Cheese
Cook linguini "al dente", drain and place on a heated platter. In a
double-boiler combine
sour cream, heavy cream, butter and lemon juice. Cook over medium heat,
stirring constantly,
until hot. Fold in caviar. Pour over linguini and sprinkle with parmesan
cheese (to taste).
