Recipes:
Caviar Pie
8 oz. Rite Brand Black White Fish Caviar
6 hard boiled eggs (finely chopped)
3 tblsp. Mayonnaise
1-1/2 cup Onion (finely chopped)
2/3 cup Sour Cream
8 oz. Cream Cheese - softened
1 Lemon - cut in eight wedges
Grease bottom and sides of an eight inch springform pan. In a bowl combine
eggs and mayonnaise
until well blended. Spread mixture evenly on bottom of pan and sprinkle
with chopped onions.
Combine cream cheese and sour cream until smooth. Layer the mixture
on to the onion layer and
with a wet table knife, spread until smooth. Chill for at least 3 hours.
Top with a layer of caviar. Run a knife around the edges of the pan
to loosen and lift out of pan.
Arrange lemon wedges on top and decorate.
Makes 10-12 servings
