Recipes:
Baked Potato with Sour Cream and Caviar
4 Baking Potatoes
8 oz. Sour Cream
8 oz. Rite Brand Black White Fish Caviar
Butter (to taste)
Bake potatoes and cut each in half. Mash the inside lightly with a fork.
Spoon sour cream on
top of potatoes as desired. Spoon caviar on top of sour cream. Serve
immediately.
Goes fabulously with fish dishes!
